Lifeguard: Sign-up for a swim test and interview to be a lifeguard this summer at SplashDown Waterpark. We offer free training to get you certified, a flexible schedule, and summer of fun working at the park!
Attendant: Aquatic Attendants (Age 16+) ensure guest safety at waterslides and aquatic attractions.
Park Attendants (Age 14+) maintain cleanliness throughout the park, including restrooms, pavilions, and grounds.
Food & Beverage Attendants (Age 14+) handle food service, event setups, and support catered functions.
Cashier/Concessionaire/Cook: Cashiers (Age 15+) handle ticket sales, payments, customer inquiries, and facility cleaning at the aquatic center.
Concessionaires (Age 15+) serve food and beverages, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean concessions area.
Concessions Cooks (Age 16+) prepare and cook menu items, maintain food safety standards, and manage kitchen operations using various appliances.
Head Cashier / Food & Beverage Supervisor: Head Cashiers (Age 16+) handle payments, deposits, cashier audits, customer inquiries, complaints, and group reservations, with 3-6 months of cashier experience preferred.
Food & Beverage Supervisors (Age 16+) oversee concession operations, manage inventory, coordinate catered events, and supervise staff, requiring 3-6 months of food service experience and at least an 8th-grade education.
Waterpark Supervisor / Guest Services Supervisor / Food & Beverage Manager (Age 18+) The Aquatic Waterpark Supervisor oversees daily aquatic operations, ensuring safety, guest experience, staff training, and pool maintenance, requiring lifeguard and pool operator certifications.
The Guest Services Waterpark Supervisor manages guest services, cash handling, staff scheduling, and park service teams.
The Food and Beverage Manager I supports the Manager II in staff scheduling, training, quality control, and delivering excellent customer service.
