To keep SplashDown Waterpark a fun and safe place for each and every guest we do have a few rules that we all have to follow.

Park Rules

  • Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the waterpark with exception of bottled water and a birthday cake or cupcakes for birthday parties. 
  • Parents, please watch your children at all times 
  • Rubber swim pants and swim diapers are required 
  • Inflatable floats are not permitted 
  • Proper swim attire is required for entrance into all aquatic areas 
  • Running is not allowed 
  • Smoking is prohibited unless in a designated area
  • Line jumping or cutting is not allowed*Guests who do not follow the rules could lead to a dismissal and no refund will be provided. 

Food & Beverage Policy

  • Guests are allowed to bring (1) unopened 20 oz. bottle of water per guest into the waterpark. 
  • No outside food or snacks are allowed inside the waterpark 
  • Guests may bring baby food, formula, and milk but only in plastic containers 

 *Glass is not permitted anywhere inside the waterpark 

Special Dietary Restrictions Policy

We recommend that guests who have special dietary needs such as diabetic needs or gluten free needs, pack food in a cooler and leave it in your vehicle. You can exit park and re-enter with a hand stamp. Guest who have allergy restrictions can bring in packed food with no glass containers.

Special Accommodations

The Waterpark does have a concrete walkway throughout the park for wheelchair access. In addition there are 3 ADA approved wheelchair lifts in the park. Guests can also utilize a standard wheelchair if needed. Please see guest services for more information. The park does have handicap parking spaces.

No, we do not offer party packages at Splashdown. Pavilion reservations are available online. You make bring a cake or cupcakes if you are having a birthday party and we will store the cake in a cooler if desired. We prefer that guests do not staple or tape any decorations to our pavilion structures but you may bring balloons or table decorations. We offer catering packages for groups of 40 or more.

Yes, we have men’s and women’s changing rooms at the top and bottom of park.

Lockers are available to rent at $5 per day.

We have life jackets available in all sizes for free.

Towels are available for purchase.

Children less than 42” must stay in Kiddie Pool area or accompanied by an adult. They can use Activity, Leisure pool, and Lazy River. The use of a life jacket is strongly recommended. Due to height restrictions, cannot use Log or Lilly pads, and must be able to reach the cargo net or rope to use attraction. Between 42 & 48 “ are allowed on all rides provided they pass a swim test or wear a life jacket. They cannot go on the Cannonball Slides if wearing a life jacket.

Yes, You will get a hand stamp and may re-enter as often as you like.

Smoking and vaping is permitted in designated smoking areas only.

Yes, parking is free to the public.  

All guests who enter the park are required to purchase an admissions ticket, even if they’re not swimming, sliding, or using any other amenities within the park.

Our policy states that patrons must be at least 12 years old to be admitted into the park without an adult.
